Refund & Cancellation Policy

Come Into Contact is an editorial publication. We do not directly sell flights, hotels, or travel packages. Bookings made through our recommended partners are governed by that partner's cancellation and refund policy.

1. Editorial services and products

Where we sell digital products, such as premium guides or paid newsletter tiers, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Digital guides may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded them.
  • Paid newsletter subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are pro rata.
  • Custom services, such as one-to-one trip consultations, may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance at no cost. Cancellations after that point are non-refundable.

2. Partner bookings

For any booking made through a partner site linked from Come Into Contact, refer to the partner's terms. We are not able to process refunds on their behalf but can help escalate an issue if you contact us.

3. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge from Come Into Contact LLC was made in error, please contact us first at billing@come-into-contact.com before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
